''Biz üniversitede 4 yıl emekle bölümünü bitirmiş FEN VE TEKNOLOJİ ÖĞRETMENLERİYİZ. Ancak sizinde bildiğiniz gibi okulu bitirmek yeterli olmuyor ve bizler okulumuz bittikten sonra tekrar KPSS sınavına girerek yeterliliğimizi ispatlamaya çalışıyoruz.Fakat bu da yeterli olmuyor çünkü kontenjanlar sınırlı sayıda belirlenmektedir.Biz ÖĞRETMENLER olarak bu şubat ta FEN VE TEKNOLOJİ BRANŞINDA 3000 atama talep etmekteyiz. Bu sayı size çok gibi gelebilir.Bu nedenle bu sayıyı istememizdeki sebepleri aşağıda sıralamak istiyoruz:
1-) Bu yıl sınava girmiş ve atama bekleyen öğretmen sayısı 17500 dir. Ve bu adaylardan her biri öğrencilerine kavuşmak için gün sayıyor.Bu sayının azaltılabilmesi için 3000 FEN VE TEKNOLOJİ ÖĞRETMENİNİN ATANMASINI İSTİYORUZ.
2-)Geçtiğimiz yıl yapılan TEOG sınavında öğrencilerin genel olarak sayısal derslerde ve özelliklede Fen ve Teknoloji dersindeki başarısızlıkları yüksektir.İyi bir gelecek nesil için başarılarının arttırılması ve bunun içinde alanında donanımlı öğretmenler gerekmektedir.Bunun için de 3000 FEN VE TEKNOLOJİ ÖĞRETMENİNİN ATANMASINI İSTİYORUZ.
3-)Ülkemizde yapılan sınavlardaki bir çok başarısızlığın sebebi Milli Eğitimde uygulanan ÜCRETLİ ÖĞRETMEN politikasıdır. Bu yöntemle eğitimde fırsat eşitliği yok sayılıyor. Çünkü ücretli öğretmen olarak uzmanlık alanı dışındaki kişiler sadece üniversite mezunu olduğu için derslere giriyor.Bunların verdiği eğitim ne kadar yeterli olabilir.Ve bu eşitsizlik yaşanırken bütün öğrencileri aynı sınavlara tabii tutulması ne kadar doğru olabilir?Bunlara dur demek için de 3000 FEN VE TEKNOLOJİ ÖĞRETMENİNİN ATANMASINI İSTİYORUZ.
4-)Cağdaş eğitim sisteminin bizim gibi idealist, dinamik ögretmenlere ihtiyacı var.Fen bilimlerini durağanlaşmaktan kurtarmak lazım ve bu yüzden 3000 FEN VE TEKNOLOJİ ÖĞRETMENİNİN ATANMASINI İSTİYORUZ.
