Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva, born on July 3rd, 1985 in Moscow, was the first of two. She earned a Master's Degree from Moscow State Institute of International Relations as well as has studied in London and Moscow. She was awarded the Pushkin Medal by the Russian Federation on October 20, 2015.
