"Go to sleep" I chuckled massaging the back of his hand with my thumb.
"No, I want to stay awake so you aren't bored. Nath's asleep so you won't have anybody to talk to" he muttered, smiling at me cutely.
"I don't mind. You're tired-just go to sleep" I smiled, leaning back in my seat. That's when I heard a groan from the back seat. I turned to see an awfully pale Nath sneeze.
"Are you feeling okay Nath? You don't look very well..." I trailed off.
"I just feel a bit sick. I'll be okay" he muttered.
"Are you sure?" I quizzed worriedly,taking the third exit at the roundabout.
"Yeah" he hummed, shuffling around slightly.
About ten minutes later Joey groaned and sat up, turning to me now obviously awake.
"How far away are we?" He yawned making me yawn.
"About ten minutes" I told him tiredly as I continued to drive.
"I love you" he smiled, looking at me with a smile.
"I love you too" I grinned.
We finally arrived at the cottage and the three of us hopped out of the car, grabbing our suitcases and running to the door where the guy who own the cottage was standing.
"Here's the key" he muttered, handing it to Joey "Enjoy"
With that, he walked off. He came across quite rude to be honest but I shrugged it off and held Nath close to me as Joey unlocked the door and the rain continued pouring down heavily. Joey opened the door and the three of us wandered in, our bags in our hands.
By the time we'd explored the cottage it was 6:30pm so we ordered a pizza from the local pizzaria and sat down in the living room, watching TV.
Nath was laid down across one of the two settees sleepily, his head propped up on one of the cushions. Joey and I were sat on the other settee together, me lazily leaning on him feeling incredibly tired.
A knock at the door made us all jump before Joey stood up grabbing some cash and wandering to the door. A few moments later he came back through holding the large pizza box and three plates.
We finished eating and Joey was in the kitchen washing the plates, Nath was sleeping on the settee and I was just on my phone scrolling through Twitter.
My phone beeped and a message from Victoria-Louise popped up;
'Heyy when are you back?? Don't forget Joey has a show Saturday xx'
