<h1>Football Sports Academy</h1>
We aim to deliver a programme which promotes, enhances and nurtures sporting excellence. The Bexhill College Sports Academy enables students to develop their sporting skills whilst attending College and gaining academic qualifications. Students in the Academies have the opportunity to represent the College in regional and national events through AoC Sport. There are two-hour coaching sessions everyday that include all technical aspects of the game and fitness. You'll be given an individual fitness programme that focuses on building your speed, agility and strength, in addition to advice on diet and nutrition, along with comprehensive sports injury back-up.

The Academy Basketball team is coached by former professional Basketball player Will Hopper who most recently played in Europe and is currently coaching the Wales junior national team. Our multi use games area facility provides the ideal setting for your outdoor sporting activity. With 4 full-size Tennis Courts and 3 full-size Netball courts, the MUGA is a versatile area that can be used for many sports. Rhino Kidz Club has been set up by Sam and our staff team to provide after school provision on Monday to Friday from 3.30pm until 6.00pm. I started working for Rhino Sports Academy in early 2021 and have enjoyed every minute! After leaving college I was unsure what I wanted to do next, but I have always had a passion for sport and knew that working a sporting environment would be ideal for me.

Our partnership with Erasmus+ means you have the opportunity to take part in a two or three-week work placement in Europe. I would like to keep up to date about BCA information, events and news. Our athletes will then represent the College in fixtures as part of national and international league and cup competitions. The Rugby Academy at Exeter College in partnership with Exeter Chiefs will provide education and rugby training required to support learners to reach the highest level in the sport. It can facilitate various gas and blood analysis tests, allowing our students to learn about and provide advice on many aspects of sports performance, fitness, health and wellbeing. Within one of our academies you'll get to study at an award-winning college and have access to the best tutors and professional sports coaches. Sports Centre
Kelly is now studying Sports Science at Southampton Solent University whilst also continuing to compete internationally. One of her recent highlights was being on the Gymnastics team that won a bronze medal at the World Championships in 2015. Kelly was also a reserve on the Team GB Olympic team for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Woodham Gymnastics Academy has enjoyed many successes over the years and now regularly competes in regional and national competitions including indoor, vault and trampolining competitions. Numbers at each session are limited due to ratios that need to be observed. Students are able to use their own bikes if the are deemed to be t for purpose although the school does have a selection of bikes, but numbers are limited. Woodham Mountain Biking Academy is open to students in all year groups.

All sessions will be delivered by UEFA qualified coaches and will be relevant and realistic to the game. Our aim is to challenge the players with as many game-related experiences as possible. The players will be central to the sessions and the players will be given their chance to express their opinions and thoughts. At Samuel Ryder Academy, we are proud to offer a unique opportunity that allows students to combine Sixth Form entry together with competitive sports programme that offers dedicated sports training. Our Academy for Sport is home to eight specialist sport academies, all offering first class training, coaching and playing opportunities for everyone. AECC University College provide sport science testing and support through their Sport Performance Centre facility to Bournemouth Collegiate School Sport Academy.

Tours are a regular part of netball at Samuel Ryder Academy - the next senior tour will be in 2022, where students will spend 2 weeks playing, training and experiencing netball and culture in the Southern Hemisphere. Whether you choose to study Sport or any other course, join one of our great sports academies and balance your training with your studies. The Hampshire Colleges Sports Association programme is the strongest in the country, providing you with weekly competitive fixtures against other colleges from September through to June. We pride ourselves on our dedication in producing confident sportspeople who demonstrate self-discipline, commitment and determination to be the best. Llandarcy is the place for health, fitness and wellbeing but that is not all we offer. From kids parties, kids holidays camps, free open weekends to The Pavilion Llandarcy our very own brand new and exciting restaurant and sports bar.

The group members achievements will be reviewed on an annual basis, and those continuing to perform at the required level will maintain their place in the ‘Sport Academy’ program. The Sports Academy program offers a variety of bespoke opportunity to enhance the athlete. Below is a list of some of the opportunities we provide for our pupils. The Cricket Academy has now won the AoC Indoor 24 Cricket Regional Champions on two occasions , representing the AoC South East Region at the National Indoor 24 Championships at Edgbaston.

With both academic and practical experiences, our coaches will seek to develop every part of your game in accordance with the FA’s development model and the England DNA. The academy works with a number of local rugby clubs and the Bath Rugby Foundation to provide opportunities to enhance coaching experiences as well as other areas of the industry. Wiltshire College Football Academy is open to any student enrolled on a programme of study at Wiltshire College. We have teams representing the college and University Centre in Men’s, Women’s and Ability Counts leagues.

Handball Academy
Across a fortnight student athletes can expect up to 14 hours on court basketball training, 4 tailored strength & conditioning sessions and 4 basketball classroom study periods. The college timetable is structured to allow the Academy of Sport to fit in with all other courses that we offer. You will have six periods of the Academy each week, and these will include strength and conditioning sessions, sport specific coaching within your teams and college fixtures which take place on a Wednesday afternoon.

Every student who is enrolled at Wiltshire College is welcome to join the rugby programme, no matter their ability. We look to provide an experience which is enjoyable and challenging to all who are part of the programme. We want participants to have an attitude where they want to improve and learn from the programme and commit to the expectations and standards set by the coaching team and the academy playing squad. Wiltshire College Rugby Academy is one of the developed Sports Academies running within the college which is open to all students looking to study at the college.

Free Football Coaching For High Schools In Kirklees
Pick up locations are spread across the North East, this giving pupils from outside the area an opportunity to attend our Academy. This carries the same UCAS tariff points as A Levels and can be combined with your chosen sport. The City of Edinburgh Schools Sports Academy is a training and support programme designed to assist City of Edinburgh Council school pupils to reach their sporting potential. The Goffs Sports Academy allows students to gain a qualification in Sports Leadership. The course involves both guided & peer-to-peer learning and supervised leadership to ensure that learners have all the skills they need to lead basic physical activities to other people. We take pride in our academy, looking after each and every student that joins the programme. We make sure they feel part of the team and they enjoy each precious hour they spend with us. Our aim is not only to make them better football players but also better people when they finally move on to their next challenge.


Sessions and after school clubs, I am now pursuing my teaching ambitions by working as a morning T.A. This work has convinced me that I do want to become a teacher in the future. 3 training sessions per week held at Leeds Rd playing fields on the state of the art outdoor and indoor 3G pitches. Strength and conditioning sessions in our very own fantastically equipped gym with a fully qualified S&C coach. Individual programmes will be given to each student to follow outside of college hours. Our Academy of Sport will enable you to pursue your sporting aspirations, whilst obtaining suitable academic qualifications from our wide range of courses.

Once completed it is worth up to 64 UCAS points in addition to student’s main course choices. It has been designed specifically support young aspirational performers, understand what it takes to be a full-time athlete and provide them with the skills and knowledge. The Exeter College DiSE programme is run in partnership with Exeter Chiefs and is an RFU endorsed scheme for year old’s, requiring 12 hours per week of Rugby specific delivery alongside student’s full-time course. If so, apply to join the men’s Exeter College Rugby Academy in partnership with Chiefs and follow in the stud marks of your rugby heroes. Aspiring rugby players will get the chance to nurture not only their rugby talent, but also get first-class education and training.
