(PART 1)1. If my manager put my work Schedule out 4weeks ahead of time, I wouldn't be so behind on what I have to do.
2.I ask my manager to take me off a month ahead of time, so it be no confusions.
3.Since I know he put out the schedules 1 week ahead, I will wait to plan things next day the schedules are out.
4.I will spend up to 4 hours trying to see which days I want off this month.
5. while my patients are sleeping, I be up getting my homework done.
(PART 2)1. What’s my issue right now? passing my classes and working a full-time job.
2.In an ideal world, what would my situation be? I will love to have more time to study and get my work done on time.
3. What are my possible choices? I will start studying on my off days besides getting some sleep. I would also do my assignments when I'm a work.
4. What's likely to happen after each choice? I will feel more confident in myself and less stressed off me and not so overwhelmed. I will have more time to turn in my work assignments want be so late. 5.What options will I choose? I will start studying on my off days to get my assignments done and have extra time to take a lot of notes.
6. How will I figure out that the plan worked? I will start writing in my planner to see my progress on how I'm doing every week and i will see the change because it will be less stress on me and probably no more heads will be having cause I over thing so much. (PART 3.) My long-term Educational (or Professional) DAPPS goal is. Is to finish my 2 years of school graduate with my RN than become a traveler nurse for 1 year than start my own health care nursing business. (PART4). Visualization of Long-Term Goal: It is two years in the future, and I have finished my nursing degree at ivy Tech community college. I saw my family faces after I told them I will finish my degree after 2 long years of college. Today my family have a really big graduation party for me. they had all my favorite foods and my friends for all over came to support me. i started to look around and got some feeling in my body I can't get rid of I'm so proud of myself that I really did even when times gotten tough, I didn't give up.  after all of the hard work, I have my desired degree. now next step is opening my own HomeHealth care. (PART5.) After 2 years, I will finish my nursing degree and got the traveling job. 1.having good grades june10th study on my off days and take lots of notes 2. write in my planner to see how I'm doing every week june10th I will take carefully a look at my program track and look to see what classes I need to take and what I need to approve in. 3. got enough sleep and not behind on my work May 5th I will start working on the assignments that I
have not done before the due date. 4. Meet with my advisor June 5th I will schedule appointment through My Ivy 5. reaching to see what all i need for my next semester June 8th I will start looking at textbooks and work June 8th.
