Some spiritual concepts, usually the ones which seem so simplistic are in actuality the most complex and by far the most crucial to understand. The relation between Death and LIFE is one of those concepts; but it is impossible to comprehend the relation until one fact is clear: YOU DO NOT BECOME A SPIRIT AFTER YOU DIE, as some believe. The only reality is that the life which leaves the body on death will never come back, Our mind should be always aware that death may knock the door any time.

Having a happy funeral is more memorable than a sad one. It can become a family celebration that starts new cherished memories and increases bonding. They family grows stronger as they get over this very difficult time by leaning on each other and enjoying each other instead of gathering together to be sorrowful. Traditional funeral are dark and quiet besides the sound of weeping there is a certain air of limitation about them in the expression of emotions. Let cancer ribbon be out of the ordinary and let the mourners be free to express joy over the person that they loved.


In spite of their efforts, many states still have a death penalty on the books. Because of the political firestorm, however, very few states actually execute anyone, which gives death penalty opponents another piece of ammunition-the "cost" of executions. Dad sacrificed a lot of his own desires for the good of the family business. He gave up flying to be with mom. He gave up a large chunk of his freedom to provide for his family. Unfortunately he became quite resentful about this over the years to the point at which he expressed regrets and did not like it when I would do my own thing. He died at 68 years old just two years after he sold the business. Death is indeed a celebration of life. Beyond its door is a good place- where illness, violence, anger, hatred and other negative human traits are not known to exist. There are souls who need to work on negative traits while on earth.

I am humbled by the knowing that I am an energy being first. Because if this is true, I have a lot to look forward to even long after I have left this physical time space reality. And so do you.
