Tehtävässä selvitetään, miten tuotteiden ja palveluiden hankinta eroaa toisistaan ja suunnitellaan toimittaja-arviointia varten lomake. Tehtävässä hyödynnetään kirjallisuutta.

Tiimi tutustuu kirjallisuuden avulla siihen, miten tuotteiden ja palveluiden hankintaprosessit eroavat toisistaan. Lisäksi tiimi tutustuu kirjallisuuden avulla toimittajan valintaan ja arviointiin ja siihen, mikä on hankinnan vuosikello ja miten se liittyy toimittajavalintaan. Selvityksen tulokset raportoidaan.

Kun tiimillä on perustietämys aiheesta, tiimi suunnittelee toimittaja-arviointilomakkeen (excel-taulukko), jota jokin tiimin nimeämä esimerkkiyritys voisi käyttää toimittajavalinnassa apuvälineenä (tehtävä ei edellytä yritysyhteistyötä). Pohtikaa erilaisia syitä, miksi toimittajavalinnassa kannattaisi käyttää tekemäänne arviointilomaketta hyväksi. Raportoikaa pohdinnan lopputulos.

Tiimi palauttaa Optimaan raportin, johon kootaan kohdan 1 ja 2 tulokset sekä kohdan 3 itse- ja ryhmäarviointi. Raportissa mukana myös toimittaja-arviointilomake. Raportin pituus n. 6-7 sivua + toimittaja-arviointilomake + kansilehti + lähdeluettelo.
