As per athena review found that claim denied for cpt 73552
as dublicate that's why we sent an appeal for this claim on
11/30/2022 which insurance processed it as reconsideration and still denied cpt
73552 as dublicate so called to insurance and s/w Courpnui stated that claim denied as dublicate
because denied this cpt for COB update further rep stated that cob was updated
on 07/01/2019 and as per COB they are primary also they prtially paid this claim
so it's incorrectly denied even their is no status for last reprocess by their adjustment team
, Hence rep escelated this claim on preority and suggested to allow maximum 30 days
to reprocess this claim. call ref 040723002685.
