The cast of Friends reunited to celebrate the show's 25th anniversary. They were joined by actors like Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, David Crane, and Lisa Kudrow. And for the first time since the show began, Schwimmer himself got to sit in the cafe and chat with his co-stars.
When he was a young adult, Schwimmer worked in an ice cream store, and he was also a waiter. But he made it big at the age of 27 playing Ross Geller on the show. Now, he's starring in a new series. AMC's Bronx Restaurant follows Dion, a chef who's been in jail and wants to start a restaurant in the Bronx.
He's also a silent son and a sommelier who grieves when his mother is killed in a hit-and-run. In friendzcafe.org to that, he's also a coked-up ex-con who needs a huge loan from a mob.
After a brief period of inactivity, David Schwimmer returned to television to star in the series "Feed the Beast" on AMC. He and Jim Sturgess are also reunited, with the former playing an aging, machismo chef and the latter an ex-con who's battling a cocaine addiction.
And he's got a new show on the way, inspired by the Danish show "Bankerot". It's a comedy about two Bronx kids who start a restaurant in a gentrifying borough.
