starving people till he finds a solution.
"deliver some foods that will help the people satify their starvation,send some troops as
well to protect my people"
"but your majesty! those food are not enough for the people to survive this winter! its a storm...no its a complete bilzzard! the
people cant take this on by themselves! we must provide more food and give then shelters!"
the count was a very good person.he was willing to do everything for the people.
"Do what you want." said th emperor.
the count was truly happy and dispatched a troop once the meeting ended.
