Dear Uncle,

I hope the previous letter had found you. If not, I’ll reiterate the key points: I’ve met my father; I’m at a boarding school; You can turn my room into a guest bedroom; and hire someone to prune the lawn — there are vines growing in the ground. Not to worry, my father has been perfectly kind to me. My mother, on the other hand, is presumed dead.

To my main point, do you have any pictures of myself? My father wanted some photos to see me when I was younger. Physical copies only, as I don’t think digital ones work in the Grimm Realm. Any kind of photo will do, I think. He seems as sentimental as you are.

To summarize other key points that have happened: I made a few friends, someone became a crown prince, a wedding went disastrously (I wasn’t there), and there’s a supposed student militia in school (again, no involvement). Did you know I’m an albino? My father told me. I presume you did know — In which case, it’s rather foolish to not give me sunscreen, especially after what happened to Tonio. Though, since we both know I wouldn’t put it on, I suppose it’s a moot point. That, and the glasses. Please give Tonio my regards next time you see him.

Unfortunately, my father hasn’t given me any last name to work with, so I suppose I’m stuck with the surname you’ve given me. I hope you’re able to respond in a timely manner this time.
