3.The right of individuals to be protected against unwarranted invasion of their privacy resulting from the collection, maintenance, use, and disclosure of personal information.

the cost
President Barack Obama has called for $75 million in new federal spending to help pay for 50,000 police body cameras for local police departments. as everyone knows the government gets its money from tax payers. they get Income taxes paid by individuals: $1.48 trillion, or 47% of all tax revenues.
Payroll taxes paid jointly by workers and employers: $1.07 trillion, 34% of all tax revenues.
Corporate income taxes paid by businesses: $341.7 billion, or 11% of all tax revenues. so sooner or later the government will be pulling money that they don't have just to ensure that this program works and if you cant pay taxes then you'll be in debt to the IRS
What happens if I don't pay or contact the IRS?
If you don't pay the amount due, they may send you a notice giving you a right to a hearing before the IRS Office of Appeals if you have not already received such a notice. they can then seize ("levy") your property or rights to property. Property includes:
Wages, real estate commissions, and other income
Bank accounts
Business assets
Personal assets (including your car and home)
Social Security benefits and overtime that debt builds up higher and higher causing you too fall into the poverty gap and the poverty gap is basically a measurement That is used to reflect the intensity of poverty
why start a program that could lead to more problems within our society.
