As part of the GIS integration work, we are implementing a global integration platform (widely recognised Microsoft technologies) that can help with addressing such cases:
• you struggle with duplicated B2C / B2B customer data e.g. same name, different addresses or similar names, the same addresses - you don't know how many customers you actually have.
• you have files (like Excel) or databases with a lot of errors e.g. repeating postal codes mistakes or invalid street names - you are spending 25% of time every month just fixing these errors.
• you are copying & pasting (or worse - re-typing) information between a few systems - and then spending another 10% on double- and triple-checking
• you are getting new Excel worksheets with customer data, transactions data and you need to go through everything to validate for a number of problems e.g. if the amounts are correct, if the customer segments fit your list, if the e-mail addresses are valid, etc. - this causes a lot of frustration.
• you have customers (or students or exam candidates or applicants or teachers...) in 3 different places - Excel, MS Access, web system - you cannot get control over the data and collating your monthly reporting is painful.
These are just SOME of the typical problems we can assist you with by helping to start using the platform toolset, providing trainings, advising on the process improvements.
Thanks to the platform our systems will gradually be more and more integrated and will exchange data in a smoother way. This could be relevant for e.g. SalesForce CRM, SAP, ORS, REX, PEPi, Campus, Online Placement Tests, MyClass, Grant Mobility Tool, LearnEnglish, Events Management and more. But in many cases, you need to improve the data quality first!
