Two Bears and One Cave
Bert Kreischer is back in the cave with Tom Segura for another episode. This week, they discuss their best friend, their fear flying, Testosterone Substitute Therapy, and healthy eating. Adriana Chychuk (cub) joins them for a discussion about her career in stripping. They also talk to their favorite comedians.

Building Blocks
This activity is great for teaching shapes to children, whether you're looking for activities to do during circle time, or just to have fun with them. You can teach your toddlers how to create triangles, squares or other shapes using wood craft sticks. This is a skill they will use later in their lives in math.

Advent Calendar for My First Games
Each day features a new animal friend and a short story. The advent calendar also includes a small game you can play with only a few people. Hidden puzzles are found behind every door on the fourth day. This allows children to learn about different animals as well as their habitats.

Polar Bear Fish Matching and Hibernation
Students can exercise their shape matching skills and make a polar bee out of paper. Or glue it to a shoebox looking like a fish. Students can also learn facts about polar Bears like their names and where they live. This is an excellent learning activity that can be done during circle or anytime throughout the day.

Polar Bear Hibernation
Bears and other mammals hibernate to keep warm when it's cold outside. This activity helps students learn how this happens, and how they can prepare to spend winter time outside. This PowerPoint contains photos of real polar bears.

Grizzy is convinced that he will become a better bear when the ranger offers him a high technology gadget. Grizzy needs to be fast to stop his houseguests from stealing his new gadget. Grizzy does eventually find a solution for his problems. But it comes with a price.

Grizzy is unhappy with his new house. However, the ranger has a solution. He gave Grizzy a high technology gadget that would allow him to make better structures. Grizzy uses his gadget to save the lives and health of his houseguests.

2 Bears One Cave, a comedy podcast, mixes humor with sarcasm to create an entertaining and humorous show. It's a show I highly recommend, and it's something that you should add in your podcast library.
