Notes

1) do not place more than 3 cups of water in a pot
2) put the stove over medium low heat and add the cinnamon stick
3) while it simmers, add corn to a blender and blend
4) add brown sugar to the pot and mix

6) let the mixture simmer while stirring for 5 minutes
7) mix corn starch with 4 tablespoons of water
8) whisk until combined
9) slowly add the mixture to the pot while mixing
10) allow simmer for 2 - 3 minutes

7) tu mezclas maicena con 4 cucharadas de agua
8) tu bate hasta que se mezclen
9) agregas lentamente la mezcla a la olla mientras mezclas
10) tu dejar cocer a fuego lento durante 2 - 3 minutos
