I'm excited to share my renovation process with you. I hope this will help you understand what it's like to upgrade your audio system, and maybe even give you some ideas for your own project :) !
First, let me tell you why I decided to renovate my audio system in the first place. My old speakers were fine when I got them, but they weren't great--and they definitely weren't good enough for listening to music or watching movies at home on my computer or TV. So when I found out that there was an opportunity for me, I decided it was time for an upgrade!
I've been working on my audio system in phases. Each phase has had its own timeline and challenges.

I am upgrading my receiver, which will involve replacing my current receiver with a new one that supports HDMI 2.0a. Connecting all of my components (including speakers) through this new receiver instead of directly into their respective devices (DVD player, Blu-ray player). This will give me more control over sound quality by allowing me to adjust settings like loudness optimization and dynamic range compression from one central place rather than having to do it manually for each individual component separately.

I learned a lot during this renovation project: how to properly wire speakers (or at least get them working lol), how to install an amplifier and a subwoofer box.

I'm upgrading my audio system for a few reasons. First, it's old and outdated. I've had this system since I was in high school, and it's time for an upgrade! Second, I want to be able to play music from my phone through the speakers without having to use a separate device like an iPod or Bluetooth speaker. Thirdly (and most importantly), I want a better sound experience overall--more bass and clarity in the highs will make listening to music even more enjoyable than before!
The new setup will consist of four components: two bookshelf speakers on either side of my TV stand; one center channel speaker above those; and one subwoofer near the floor under where our couch sits when we watch movies together as a family (or just me watching Netflix). All these components will connect wirelessly via Bluetooth so that all I have to do is turn them on when we want some tunes playing while we work around the house or relax after dinner with friends over at our place

When I started thinking about renovating my home, I knew that I wanted to get a better sound than what was currently in the house. But before I could do that, I had to figure out what kind of sound system would be right for me.
I began researching different brands and models of speakers and amplifiers online until I found one that seemed like it would fit my needs best. After narrowing down my options based on price, reviews from other customers and technical specifications like wattage output and frequency response range (the range at which bass sounds good), I decided on an amplifier with four channels so that each speaker could have its own dedicated channel.

I have placed my order online, and I am hoping it will be delivered promptly.
