Notes

Its never liked the smell of smoke. So the fact that the scent lingers here has it on edge. It follows the gray wisps, its nictitating membranes keeping the ash out of its eyes. The monster moves through the forest, silent the way it wants to be, and comes across a light spilling through the trees.
There’s someone there.

The monster has seen men before, watched them, toyed with them, devoured them. It has not seen men like this, though- legs outstretched in front of the fire, one arm braced against the ground, the other moving rhythmically at the groin. The man makes soft noises, little sounds the monster tends to hear from injured prey, but somehow different. It leans in to hear more.
The man startles, as though it has seen a flash of firelight glinting off sharp teeth, and the monster pauses. Why has the man stopped? It will do no good if he runs now. Sure, his metal coating is off to the side, and he would be easy enough to eat. But the monster is curious. The monster wants more.
The man shakes a little, hand drawing away. The monster can see that his hand was holding something that is now slowly softening- perhaps a reproductive organ, with the placement of it.
Oh.
Without its notice, the monster growls. The man’s eyes fly open, and his hand is back where the monster wants it to be, moving faster than before. He bites his lip and blood trickles from it, and the monster almost reaches out to get a taste. There is something stirring inside the monster, something it has not felt in eons, and it can barely restrain itself from moving, from alerting the man to its presence. It is hungry, perhaps, the closest name it has for the feeling. The man is moving even more now, not just his hand but his full body. His toes curl, his hips force themselves upwards, and his back curves as he paints himself with his spend.
The man rests for a moment, before his senses return and he rushes over to his armor. He wastes no time to clean himself off, immediately searching the nearby area for the thing with too many jaws, the thing with the sharp teeth and the growl that had spurred him on. His search is exhaustive, but he finds nothing, and so he lays himself down to sleep, cautiously removing the armor and wiping himself off.

The monster extends a soft, velvet tendril towards the man, and carefully moves forwards.
