Customer Specifies Delivery -> Customer needs to inform before 3 months
He Pays Remaining amount -> And Order is placed.
Status -> Planned -> Released ->
Check -> If Paid status is marked (based on advance payment) -> then only order will be created.
SO stages Status -
Planned -> Released (When Payment is full) -> Reserved -> Picked (Going to deliver) -> Delivered -> Invoiced/Closed
SO -> Print Code (Sales/Contract)
Purcahses Txn to be created ->
SO -> MR (Purcahse) -> RFQ -> PO ->
SO -> Supply Code Status
Purcahse Order Txn (This particular item needs to go for supplier order)
(In Contract Mode - It will always be PO Txn)
Intimation throuh Mail & SO number is there
SO -> u go to MR(Purchase) -> RFQ -> Sent to Supplier for Performa Invoice -> After receiving supplier quote -> Convert to PO
PO - Status (Planned/released/Confirmed/Arrived/Received/Closed)
PO -> Sent to approval as per workflow
Stock Order -> Should go through budget check -> Management & finance Approval
Customer Order -> should bypass budget check -> Management & finance Approval
Then it becomes Confirmed.
Next Step it goes to Shipping Department ->
Shipping Team -> PO Details & Supplier Details
In PO - Shipping Status ->
Shipping Module ->
Get PO Deatails -> Shipment Information -> Checklist to be there -> attach documents -> Shipment status
In PO & SO- this shipping status to be reflected.
