brightness keep changing while I watch Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves on it?
With the release of the latest trailer to Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, IGN sat down with the film's writer-directors John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein to discuss all sorts of D&D tidbits, behind-the-scenes information, and hidden secrets in the latest images.

Here is the brand new trailer for Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves in US.

Before delving into details about this trailer directors who made Game Night shared their philosophy on how they approached the making of this movie.

It's not a surprise that Dungeons & Dragons tabletop RPG is many things to many people, and can include all sorts of things from manticores and mind-destroying weapons to rings and runes but at its core it is the means to tell a story. In the case of Daley and Goldstein this meant identifying the central theme they could take inspiration from.

"This film is about families," says Daley. "Despite their obvious differences they share is the desire to solve something that is so much bigger than themselves. The thing that most importantly holds them together is this growing attraction they are having for each other." the other."

While the film takes place in the realm of D&D and features familiar stories but it's the result of a rewrite or adaptation a pre-existing D&D story, but rather a new story that is designed to capture the essence of playing D&D. The goal was to make a movie filled with the things D&D players would enjoy and tell a tale that would appeal to newcomers just as much.

" Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves stream , the monsters, the magic, the places, everything will be presented. We don't want to overwhelm you if you aren't familiar with D&D or if you've never played it. Above all, we wanted it to be a fun adventure that was different from the ones you've we're familiar with," Daley explains.

Here's the frame by frame breakdown of the second trailer Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves.

Goldstein The story begins at Neverwinter, which is one of the largest cities of the Forgotten Realms in Dungeons & Dragons. It's also known as the Neverland Castle. And we wanted to design an urban environment that felt real and alive with activity but also full of beauty and dirt.

Daley Daley: We wanted to investigate the various times that this city was built. Every city you see in Europe appears to have been lived in and has centuries of historical significance behind it. It was crucial to us to find something that was authentic but also different from anything seen in our world.

Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves opens in theaters on March 31, bringing the best actors to offer a review of the mythical Hasbro board game that had been adapted in the early 2000s an unsuccessful sequel; Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez and Rege-Jean-Page Justice Smith, Hugh Grant and Sophia Lillis are in charge of playing the lead in this new Dungeons and Dragons action under the orders from John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein, the directors of the project who go into fantasy after surprising with Game Night. We were recently able to talk with a portion of the film's crew to discover some of their secrets, about what the process of preparing for the project had been and also to discuss the possibility of having the opportunity to see further Dungeons & Dragons installments in the years to come.

The first interview we were able to do included John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein, the directors mentioned earlier in the project. The project is with the producer Jeremy Latcham, who has also participated in other successful projects, such as Avengers as well as Guardians of the Galaxy. Sitting across from the heads of Honor Among Thieves, we realized that all have played Dungeons & Dragons all their life, but on different scales: "Yes, we've played at various level," began Jonathan Goldstein. "I used to play as a child and John has played more recently, now an adult in about a two-year campaign." The directors are 17 years apart, with Goldstein being the most senior and Daley as the youngest. "It involved three years of campaigning. We played for two years before preparing the film, which was among the reasons for us to make it," added the aforementioned Daley.

Jeremy Latcham claims to have never played Dungeons & Dragons, this feature film being his first contact with the fantasy world: "I've never played, not as a kid, nor when I was an adult. The film has been my introduction into this world of D&D and it's been an interesting experience." Latcham adds that not knowing about the game has allowed him to have an interesting role in the process of developing the project, and to interact with those who run the games and the ones who don't. The producer's position is interesting since it could be an area that is the least difficult. The adaptation of comics or video games is something we're currently doing
