1) Achievements
• I am working here for 1 year, and I am curios what are your impressions about me. Could you give me feedback what do you see positive and what could I improve?
• I think I am proved in this year that I am hardworking, reliable and good at working with MX

2) Training
a) Privat training – PM certificate
• Since the world always develops further, I think it is important to keep the knowledge up to date and learn contineuosly, and I don’t expect training only from the company, so I am going to get a PM certificate next year, however in my opinion the company should support the personal development too.
b) Company training
• PM, negotiating, conflict mngmt
c) Internal training – Warsaw
• pre-trade rule; UDF's; Integration team - system connections; MD configuration; reporting setup
3) Long term career
d) Role in CRD merge
• I am a bit disappointed, because when we talked about in May, you told me a different role, now it seems I will be just one of the BA’s on the project
e) Projects for future
• what should I achieve to get a P to lead?
f) Binary upgrade?
g) Vienna?
• If I would be interested to move in Vienna, what would be the possibilities?
4) Team collaboration
• monthly call (update about the tasks, projects; update about UBIS changes, group changes)
• team SP (info – and knowledge sharing; contacts, release calendar, wiki)
• Team setup after CRD

5) Salary
• I think there are reasons, that you could be satisfied with my work: no serious problems ont he trading room in Munich, and thanks to our effective work with Carlo, the unit could saved money, because the job is performed now with less headcount; and my work contributes strongly to the project savings too
• As renumeration of these achievements, could you offer something as reward? And I mean the reward related to my salary. / Do you have the possibility to consider the increase of my salary?
• I tell you something, what you most probably don’t know. When I changed here from Austria, although I have higher salary, I couldn’t save more money at the EoM, so from financial point of view the change didn’t have an advantage me. The advantage was, that we could live together with my girlfriend. However in May we split up, and since than I have more cost, which results less saving.
- What do you think, when could we review this topic again?
- I like to work here, but you know I have more than 5 years exeperience with MX, and for this the job market offers positions with higher salaries, what I can’t ignore for a long time. Please take this into account, before giving me a final answer.
