1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
pinch Salt
1 small Lemon
1½ Tablespoon Oil
1 medium Onion
1 Tablespoon chopped Garlic
2 small Chili (keep the seeds for authenticity!)
1 small Tomato
1 Teaspoon Chili powder
1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
pinch Pepper
Making
1. Mix beef with GG paste, salt and juice from lemon. Mix well and marinate for atleast 2 hours.
2. In cooking pot, add marinated beef and cook on low heat without oil till all the liquid comes out of the beef(15 - 20 mins usually). Then stir fry quickly with a little oil (1 - 2 mins). set aside
3. In another wok, add the oil and saute onions first till golden and then add garlic, chilli and tomato. Stir fry for 2 mins and then add the chilli powder, turmeric powder and pepper. stir fry for further 2 - 3 mins on medium till soft.
4. Add the lovely beef to this mix in the wok and stir fry for 2 mins till all pieces fully coated. Serve hot and enjoy!
