Installing Forge
Visit the Forge website and select the Minecraft version you wish to download Forge for from the list.
You can download the installer for the Recommended Build or the most recent version there. The most recent builds could include newer features, but they might be less stable. The installer will try to install Forge into your default launcher environment, where you can then create a new profile using that version and play the game!
