Planning a funeral is never a easy task. You will get some help from the funeral home, if you employ one. But still you are grieved at the loss of your loved one and this may not be something you are willing to take on yourself. It is sometimes hard to know what your loved one would have wanted in a memorial or funeral service. That is why everyone should have a funeral planner. If you pre-plan your own funeral then your family and friends would all know just what you wishes and desires were.

This equation, Islam, Jesus' death and the Bible is a road map. In speaking with Muslims my aim is not to argue or be proven right. My aim is to lead men to the Living Christ and His truth. Discussing the topic of Jesus' death and resurrection are central to the Gospel message, but before diving into this touchy subject with Muslims I launch off of the common ground found in what is written about (Jesus) Isa in the Quran, namely, what is written about his death.

Your loved ones heard a lot from you when you were alive. There were probably ideas that weren't yet shared and discussed. Possibly life changing thoughts and ideas that could have helped elevate someone's spirits, mindset, or attitude. A lot of the time, family and friends encourage each other just from the smallest ounce of encouragement and support. That's what people need, support that goes a long ways. Release your inhibitions through your message from death. Write ideas that move mountains so your loved ones can embrace them and carry the torch when you're not around.




But how to find out if someone died if you have nothing more than a name to go on? You might not even be sure that you've got the name right. You may have to painstakingly search through obituaries, cemetery records, funeral home records, genealogy databases, social security information and lots more. You might have to do this for many states if you don't know where they lived. You might even have to look for leads in many countries.

Of all the generosity shown by funeral service professionals during this time of crisis, one funeral home and their employees stand out amongst the rest. John Scalia, his Son-In-Law Kevin Moran and their families have donated many funeral services free of charge. The first was a Postal worker who told his 21 & 25 yr. old daughters to go on ahead while he shut down the circuit breaker in their home. They never saw their Dad again as a 20 ft. tidal wave swept him away. He was found days later in the marsh land. When these two young women arrived at Scalia's Funeral Home, both Kevin and John immediately took care of everything and provided their Dad with a dignified funeral at no cost.

Want another indicator? Look carefully at what you have been saying. In a rough percentage, compare how much of your talk is bright, vibrant and full of LIFE verses the amount that is negative, distasteful, rude and clearly obsessed with processes that are DEAD?

The beauty of death is that it takes us to the next step. Death is a revival of the faulty put to rest. And death only marks the beginning of our next journey. To this, I say the end is near and death marks the end, for change.
