This can be done by offering more individualized instruction or by assigning tasks that are tailored to each athlete's strengths and weaknesses. For example, a coach might assign different drills or exercises to different athletes based on their skill level, or work with individual athletes to help them develop specific skills that they need to improve.

By combining these methods, coaches can create a training environment that is both challenging and supportive for athletes of all skill levels. This can help athletes to improve their skills and reach their full potential, while also building their confidence and motivation.
