harder to diagnose correctly mental illnesses as it is to do with the brain which is something that is still not fully understood
whereas physical illness is easier to diagnose and more clear
people that do view it as important, some may over exaggerate it and link everything to being a mental illness
physical and mental health have connection (one can cause the other)
