1.Please take out the batteries from the affected key pad
2.click on Gear Icon on Top right of touch screen
3.click on I device option
4. Enter 4321 when asked for your master keypad code (please make sure you are entering 4321 only, not your own master code)
After that it will ask for premise passphrase
Passphrase..... it will be valid for 6 hours
Please let me know once you are on categories page
Delete 5. click on Home device select keypad
6. Click on Delete Keypad select to return to menu
7.Click on add Keypad , hit next button
8. Insert the Batteries back in the keypad - touchscreen will start configuring
9. To trip the keypad , please press small gray button next to batteries slot of the keypad
if configure correctly done it will show green check marks , click on next return to menu
