McKinsey conducted a study of the representations of women in The Women in the Workplace 2021 in collaboration with LeanIn.Org.
The study was inclusive of all women, not only women of color.

It can affect self-esteem and ability to make decisions as well as their mental health. It could even cause self-stereotyping where an individual starts acting in a particular way in order to feel an impression of belonging.

In February 2020 the University of California Los Angeles College of Social Sciences issued an article titled Holywood Diversity. This report looked at the connections between diversity in Hollywood and the baseline.

To be not overlooked women, and women of ethnic groups should be given a seat at each table.
