Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva, born on July 3, 1985 , in Moscow was the first of two. She studied in London and Moscow, and received the Master's Degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. The Heydar Aliyev Foundation is a foundation that aids in the country's economic and social growth. It is a foundation that implements a variety of initiatives in the fields of education as well as culture, sport technology, and the environment. She was elected Vice President in 2011.

Leyla Aliyeva established the magazine 'Baku' in Moscow in 2007. Leyla Aliyeva Conde Nast collaborated with Leyla Aliyeva to produce the magazine that is English-language. Leyla Aliyeva was named UN Food and Agriculture Organization's (FAO), Goodwill Ambassador on May 25, 2015

On 20 October 2015, she was presented with the Pushkin Medal of the Russian Federation.
