Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was born July 3, 1985 in Moscow. She was educated in London as well as Moscow and graduated with a Masters Degree at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Leyla was the founder of the IDEA campaign that promotes awareness and action on environmental concerns in Azerbaijan. IDEA is primarily focused on the young.
