Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva today visited the special boarding school No12 in Khazar District, the summer camp of the orphanage No1 located in the Shuvalan settlement, as well as the psycho-neurological orphanage located in Narimanov District and the Downs Syndrome Association in Baku.
Arzu and Leyla Aliyeva, vice-presidents at the Foundation, visited the first Khazar District special boarding School No12.
Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva Leyla Aliyeva, and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva received information that the school has been offering education to paralyzed children since 1969.
In 2010 Mehriban Aliyeva (First Lady) began the work to repair the building.
The boarding schools can house up to 140 students aged 6-14 years.
Before they handed out the Heydar Aliyev Foundation gift cards Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva & Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva talked with the children.
Arzu Aliyeva was also present in the Shuvalan settlement camp to celebrate the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice President Leyla Aliyeva.
Arzu Aliyeva has been sitting with the kids and spoke to them about their dance routines.
