This KAWS Sesame Street Shirt will make you a true fan of streetwear and children's television. Uniqlo UT, a Japanese fast-fashion brand, and KAWS, a New York-based artist have teamed up to create a line of minimalist tees that feature many of the characters from the PBS children's show.
There are 17 tees in the line, with a range of designs available in both unisex sizes and children's sizes. Every character is illustrated using KAWS' "XX" eyes.
Uniqlo has partnered with KAWS to make these T-shirts much more affordable than the usual 80 dollars. The designer previously teamed up with Uniqlo to create a Peanuts-themed line that featured everything from simple crewneck sweatshirts to doodle-drawn Snoopy T-shirts.
Uniqlo T-shirts from KAWS x Uniqlo are available in unisex sizes and for as low as $14 USD per size. Made from 100% cotton, they feature graphic graphics on the sleeves, back, and front.
Uniqlo stores as well as online can order these tees starting June 28th. These tees are also available in different colors like gray, black, and blue.
