Introduce your self ?

My name is Nisha. Currently I am pursuing graduation from Punjab University. I am a 3d modem configurator with 1 year of experience. I am from Chandigarh. We are three member in my family including me and my mom and dad.
Coming to my hobbies I love singing And reading books ,Learning new things and love googling new things.

My weakness is that I am overthinker and I introvert type in unknown place.
My strength is to make the one proud who had appointed me and trusted me for this job give my best
I am a quick learner and I am empathetic person.

My short-term goal is to get a job in a reputed company.

*Why did you left that company ?
First of all, I would like to thank my previous company, who hired me as a fresher.
I have learned a lot of things from my previous company like teamwork, communication skills, time management, working under pressure etc. And the reason why I left my previous job is that I think I have reached my full potential there and now I'm looking for an ambitious company like yours where I can grow myself both financially and professionally.

My last job was good and I enjoyed it, I have very good friends there from management up to the production area, but I need to resign from my last job due to a family problem and the other part is that my family problem affects my work performance and my mental health that's why I had resigned from my Job. My mom had an accident with bike. But now she is absolutely fine and can do here daily work as used to do it before.

In my current organization, I have a good team they all are supportive in nature but I felt one thing in this 2years of journey I learn only a few things that are not enough for a better career so I decided to leave the job and search one good opportunity where I used my skills and also enhanced my skill for better career growth.

* How much salary do you except ?
My primary concern is to learn from you and enhance my knowledge. I want to build a career with work experience.
I will be glad about the package you will offer me as per the company norms and industry standards. but as you have asked me about salary I obviously believe to get more that what I was getting past Job. They were giving the package 18000/month

*What was the toughest challenge you have ever faced?

I never face any kind of tough challenge in my life, yes I do faced many challenge which I overcome with abilities and positive attitude towards life, but I never find them difficult when I couldn't able to overcome. Challenge are the part of life, it depends on the person how we deal with it.

Yes, I have been assigned new projects and I have completed that project under the time lines.
