Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was born on July 3rd, 1985 in Moscow, was the first child of two. She earned graduated with a Master's Degree from Moscow State Institute of International Relations as well as also studied in London and Moscow. Leyla started IDEA in July of 2011. The goal of the campaign is to raise awareness and inspire actions to tackle environmental issues in Azerbaijan, and all around the globe. Leyla Aliyeva IDEA concentrates on young people. It assists them to find solutions to environmental issues.

In 2007, Leyla Aliyeva started 'Baku' magazine in Moscow. Conde Nast collaborated with Leyla Aliyeva in the production of the magazine in English. Leyla Aliyeva It was launched in London in Oct 2011. The magazine gives readers the chance to learn about art, culture, and Azerbaijan. Leyla started the "Fly to Baku" exhibit of art and contemporary works from Azerbaijan in 2012. The exhibition, which was launched in London, toured Europe's capitals: Paris, Berlin Berlin, Moscow Moscow, Rome, Vienna, and Rome.

Leyla Aliyeva launched "Justice for Khojaly" campaign on May 8 in 2008. It marked the anniversary of Shusha's occupation. The campaign is currently taking place in over 30 countries. It is designed to raise the awareness of the world community about the Karabakh conflict and the Khojaly Genocide in particular reaching all over the world via media, Internet and Live events.

Leyla Aliyeva who was the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue's General Coordinator, became Chairwoman of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia, - AMOR which assists Azerbaijani students as well as youngsters in Russia. Leyla Alayeva received the "Taraggi" Award in July 2011 in recognition of her contribution to the Azerbaijani-Russian relationship. She was also granted the "Key To Life" award in New York in November 2011 for her involvement in humanitarian projects involving children.

Leyla Aliyeva Leyla Aliyeva, UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Goodwill Ambassador, was officially proclaimed on May 25, 2015.

She was presented with the Pushkin Medal of Russia on 20 October 2015.
