Vision Air Interview Guide

Host: :sm 1. Bypassing is not tolerated here at Vision Air. If you are seen doing it, you will automatically be dismissed and kicked from the interview.


:sm 2. Always listen to your trainer! Failure to listen to your trainer can get you kicked from the interview.
:sm 3. If you need to go afk make sure you inform your interviewer. Make sure you return quickly or you will be dismissed.
:sm 4. Be kind! Failure to do so can get you kicked and dismissed.


:sm 5. Respect your trainer! Our trainers are here to train you, not to be teased or bullied.
:sm 6. And lastly, have fun and try your best!
Host: :m That concludes our rules and guidelines section of the interview. I now ask that assistants follow me as I will now be grouping you.
(Group one person as Group A trainer, one as Group B etc. If there are still leftover assistants, put them inside the biggest group as trainers assistant.)
Once staff are grouped, make sure to equally put attendees into their groups. (Group A, B and C). Make sure to name them.

INTERVIEWER:
Hello and welcome to this Interview! I will be your interviewer for today! Before we begin, or there any questions, queries or concerns that shall be answered? Silence will be taken as a no although a response is appreciated!
(Check for questions, once done say)
Great! Now let's move onto the first part of the training! The quiz section! This section will not affect your final grade and it is just here to test what you already know.
:pm (user(s)) 1. If you see a staff member trolling, what would you do?


Answer: I would report it to a higher rank. (Don't show answers. Anything along the lines of this is correct.)

:pm (user(s)) 2. If someone was abusing their admin powers, what would you do?
Answer: Get evidence or I would go to a higher rank in-game to get them demoted. (Don't show answers. Anything along the lines of this is correct.)

:pm (user(s)) 3. Do you have any past experience in any groups? If so, could you name them?


Answer: Answer does not matter. Just make sure it isn't anything rude or silly.

:pm (user(s)) 4. How would you benefit Vision Air?
Answer: All answers are correct although it must be something positive.
Once quiz is done, go to check in systems (at the back of the interview center) and find your designated area.
Then say:
Alright! We are now onto the testing section! In this section I will test you for your greetings, reactions to trolling, exploiting and spamming. Before we begin, I will give you general information.
1. Trollers get 3 (III) warnings before they are kicked. If they have been kicked 3 times, they will be temporarily banned.
2. Spammers get 1 (I) warning. If they have been warned once, they will be kicked. However, if they've been kicked 3 times, it is a demotion if staff or ban if guest.
3. Exploiters get 0 warnings and are immediately p-banned. This is because they can be a potential threat to our customers and can get our corporation banned.


Now that we've got all of that covered, let's begin the testing phase!
For trolling test: Troll them. Just make sure you don't go to far with that as roblox can get you banned for it. Make sure they do 3 warns then -calls mr- OR -kicks-.
For Spamming test: Copy and paste this. I like pizza I like pizza I like pizza I like pizza I like pizza I like pizza I like pizza I like pizza. Spam it over and over again until they warn you once and "kick" (Fake kick) you.
For exploiting test: If you don't have permission to fly, just jump around and pretend to exploit. If you have permission to fly, use the :fly me command and fly around until they fake ban you.
Once that is done say this.
That concludes our testing section of the interview! I will now say your results and bring you to the ranker if you passed.

Ranker:
As a ranker, you are allowed to freely move around the interview center. Do not interrupt the interview stations & pay attention to people needing to be ranked.

Ending an interview: (HOST ONLY)
After 1800 seconds, every attendee asking to be accepted must be turned down. When it is time to conclude an interview and everyone is done, say the following:
:m This Interview Session has now been concluded. Congratulations to those who have passed! For those who did not pass, there is always next time. Come to the picture area for a picture!
:m Thanks for coming!! Everyone is now dismissed!
(You can choose if you'd like to have a meeting after the training just to tell staff what they need to improve on or what they did great on.)
