His sister, Katty Worigren (formerly Oyakhilome), also is a part of the ministry as director of the LoveWorld Music & Arts Ministry.

Pastor Chris earned his degree in architecture from Ambrose Alli University. He also holds an honorary divinity degree from Benson Idahosa University. He also established a youth ministry group at the university.
