jika dudah disiapkan 3 sheet by name dimaksud, analisa di by name pemilih aktif (sheet by name no 3)

3. pastikan tiap tps tdak lbih 300
bru mngisi rekap kontrol Pantarlih dan rekap kontrol PPS..
jika dalam 1 desa tidak ada kode 2 dan 4, maka rekap kontrol pntarlih bisa sama dengan rekap kontrol PPS....
jadi memungkin bagi desa yang ada kode 2 dan 4 ada dua by name berbeda
1 file by name sesuai pantrlih (tidak ada kode 2 dan/atau 4 karena dianggap sesuai (0)
2. file by name sesuai pps (ada kode 2 dan/atau 4)
