This particular incident in the fight for Civil Rights stands out in my mind because it happened on my birthday. I was nine. The four little girls who died that day were Addie Mae Collins (aged 14), Denise McNair (aged 11), Carole Robertson (aged 14), and Cynthia Wesley (aged 14).

"A heart attack," that's what Doc Hansen called it, but in Eagan Creek other stories were being circulated. Some implied suicide, being he was such a loner. "What did he have to live for?" one person injected. Others suspected food poisoning because he hoarded food like a tenacious squirrel. But the talk kept coming back to that nagging question, whom could they get to do this work?

Life has always been something to be celebrated and this is a truth that does not change in the face of death. People have learned to see death as just another part of life. They celebrate their passing on much like one would a graduation or a baby shower or a birthday. All of these matter s are a part of life and life in itself is a beautiful thing. Many people live their lives to the fullest, are thankful for every day, and are not of the option that their funeral is a cause for sadness. Some people think that a happy funeral would be an offense to the deceased, but this is not the case. You are not celebrating their leaving, but their life. Try to perceive death differently and the funeral a warm occasion.

In moments of sadness the members of the family or friends would not be able to take simple decisions on flowers, food, music and so on. If you want your burial ceremony to be conducted in a particular way, funeral expense insurance will take care of that. Various companies offer different types of insurance to choose from. My relationship waned for two reasons: apathy and fear.
