All Spa Suite services are reserved for parties of up to four people in 1-hour blocks of time with a 3-hour minimum reservation required. Medical massage, or sometimes called treatment massage, is slightly different than standard relaxation massage in that the focus is treating a specific concern. For focused treatment, there most likely won’t be time for a full body massage. Instead, the condition or area of concern will be given full attention.

Our spa has 5 different sauna rooms, Kneipp Hydrotherapy, and 3 relaxation areas. We operate by appointment only, this allows us to run the saunas efficiently, and also prevents us from overbooking the facility. Depending on the size of the groups we schedule our guests in a way where there is no need to share the same sauna room with a stranger. Some rooms are designed to accommodate 3 people and some 5 people. We typically schedule up to 8 people on our Midweek Special evenings. Outside those hours, on average there are 4 guests and almost always less than 8 people during all non-private sauna sessions to ensure the privacy of our guests.
Before or after your treatment, you can unwind in a robe in the spacious and fireplace-adorned relaxation room. A lengthy menu includes such treatments as “sleep-encouraging” massages, Icelandic moonflower scrubs, and happy-hour manicures that include a cocktail and 15-percent discount at the handsome Kingbird Bar.
