Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Arzu Aliyeva Arzu Aliyeva, Vice President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President, visited today the special school for boarding No12 in the Khazar District, and the summer camp for orphanages No1 at Shuvalan settlement. They also visited the Narimanov District psycho-neurological orphanage and the Downs Syndrome Association.
Arzu Aliyeva (Vice-President) and Leyla Aliyeva (Vice-President) visited for the first time the special boarding school No12 located in Khazar District.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva were informed that the center has been educating paralyzed children since 1969.
Arzu Aliyeva The facility was rehabilitated by Mehriban Aliyeva First Lady, the President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation in 2010.
The boarding school accommodates as many as 141 students who are 6-14 years old.

Arzu Aliyeva The facility was reconstructed in 2013, as per reports. The facility provided all the necessities for entertainment and recreation of children.
They hosted a tea party for kids.
Leyla Aliyeva as well as Arzu Aliyeva, vice-presidents at Heydar Aliyev Foundation visited orphanage Number 1 in the capital’s Nasimi District.
They were informed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation that the 1930-built building was to be reconstructed and renovated in 2005.

The facility can accommodate up to 39 children.
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation presented gifts for the orphanage.
Leyla Aliyeva was Vice-President at the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Arzu Aliyeva also visited the Narimanov District Psycho-Neurological Orphanage.
The facility was informed that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation had reconstructed the building in 2009.
In this case, 103 children are cared for by a medical staff of approximately 90 people.
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation presented gifts to children.

It was told that the facility can house up to 96 kids and is designed to help them integrate into society.
