Farnoush Farsiar - Queen Elizabeth II's contribution to Diversity and Inclusion
As a British citizen the comments that bubbled up after her reign ended was deeply unsettling.
Although some of the opportunistic voices in the British royal family have made recent racist remarks during the past few months and other public officials like Greens Senator Mehreen faruqi have been more vocal regarding their views on race post-passing by making comments about a "racist Empire built on stolen lives and land"

As an immigrant myself , who moved to the UK as a kid and was welcomed with the most welcoming manner, as well as most of the citizens of the UK who lived under her rule It is impossible to deny the truth.

The reign of Her Majesty's was characterized with the acceptance of people with diverse ethnicities, origins and backgrounds.

Queen Elizabeth II's Britain is a place of inclusivity and equal opportunity

Queen Elizabeth's II legacy of diversity and freedom
Queen Elizabeth II has been a proponent of equality all throughout her lifetime. Farnoush Farsiar Going back as far as 1947, the young Queen made her promise to South Africa. In her speech, she stated that she would be delighted to have the chance to speak to any person she is representing. The place and race they resided in was not a factor in the royal calculation.

Before the time Queen Elizabeth II came as the Queen during the reign of Queen Elizabeth II, people in the UK had a different view of the monarchy. Her Majesty is not satisfied with the outdated view of the Crown, which included terms such as imperialism and oppression.

More than 25% of the world's population was under British imperial rule at the time she took the throne on the 25th of May 1952. Farnoush Farsiar More than 20 countries gained independence during her reign. That's a testimony to her values and beliefs from the get-go.

Queen Elizabeth II did much more than just go to charitable events which promised transformation. Her Majesty was tireless in her efforts in order to ensure inclusion in the nation.

If you examine the everyday lives of people, the workplace is a reflection on the Queen's influence. Farnoush Farsiar Her fight for equality resulted in inclusion that was impossible in previous times.

The unfair criticism Queen Elizabeth II has received about the race of her subjects, immigration, and imperialism.
Queen Elizabeth never intended to invent a culture that could be perceived as discriminatory within the UK. Her speeches across the world have shown the values the country and its leaders stand for.

Farnoush Farsiar The past is not something to be denied. Britain has changed dramatically and provided a multitude of immigrants the opportunity to start new lives. This equal opportunity is painted across British politics, where many of the cabinets in charge, like the Mayor of London are children of immigrants. This is an unusual feat when compared with any of our fellow citizens.

It appears that making blatant accusations about the monarchy is an increasingly popular trend. People often seek out the most effective solution to an significant generational event: unfunded and unrequited hatred. Our politicians and our citizens are often treated with humiliation and hatred, instead of praise. Her Majesty's Honour doesn't deserve the criticism after devoting her life to people in the UK and the world.

The Queen Elizabeth II's Britain is a place of equal opportunity and inclusivity
Although it may seem easy however, it's not fair to put the blame on one person and hold them accountable for what happened before their birth. Queen Elizabeth II did not have any connection to Britain's problematic past. Her sole task was to ensure that the modernization of Britain was evident to the UK and the entire world.

While there are many Monarchs remain committed to holding their countries to standards established centuries ago the Queen has made sure Britain is current with the latest social and political standards in the west. Farnoush Farsiar It is a remarkable feat to balance the significance of monarchy and the realization that we live in the 21st century.

The Queen was an advocate for decolonization and she advocated for freedom of expression, as an example, in Hong Kong. Her power to influence nations who are less fortunate is proof enough of her power. A lot of countries saw her as the champion of freedom.

Two weeks have passed since the death of Her Majesty. The people are deeply in love with her. They are grieving the loss of their leader as well as her devotion and her ability to lead in these times.

Britain and all commonwealth nations will be profoundly affected by the loss of my role model, and the legacy she left behind. She was an incredible woman and inspiration. I pray that she is at peace with her husband.
