Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Arzu Aliyeva (Vice-President) and Leyla Aliyeva (Vice-President) visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation No12 in Khazar District. Also, they went to the Shuvalan settlement and the summer camp of Orphanage No1 as well as the Narimanov District psychoneurological orphanage.

Mrs. Leyla Alyeva and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva were informed by the center, that they have been helping students who are paralyzed since 1969.
In 2010 Mehriban Aliyeva the First Lady of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, repaired the facility.
The boarding school serves up to 141 children of 6-14 ages.
