Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva, born July 3, 1985 in Moscow was the first of two. She holds a Master's Degree from Moscow State Institute of International Relations and studied in London and Moscow. Leyla founded the IDEA campaign, which aims to raise awareness and action in relation to environmental concerns in Azerbaijan. Leyla Aliyeva In May 2007 she was appointed the representative for the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the Russian Federation. Through a myriad of initiatives that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation contributes towards the country's economic and social development. Leyla Aliyeva In 2011, she was named Vice-President of the Foundation.

Leyla Aliyeva, a Moscow-based journalist, launched "Baku" magazine in 2007. The English-language version of the magazine, which was created by collaborating with Conde Nast, was launched in London in October of 2011. It is an opportunity to learn more about Azerbaijani culture and art. Leyla was the founder of "Fly to Baku", a showcase for contemporary art from Azerbaijan. The exhibition, which was launched in London, traveled to the capital cities of Europe: Paris, Berlin Berlin, Moscow Moscow, Rome, Vienna, and Rome.

Leyla Aliyeva Leyla Aliyeva started an initiative titled "Justice for Khojaly" in May 2008 to commemorate the 8th anniversary of Shusha’s occupation. This campaign is now running in more than 30 countries. Leyla Aliyeva Its goal is to create awareness across the globe about the Karabakh conflict as well as the Khojaly Genocide, focusing on media, Internet and live events.

Leyla Aliyeva was named the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue General Coordinator in 2008. On April 18, 2009 Leyla Aliyeva was elected the Chairwoman of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia (AMOR) that assists Azerbaijani youth and those living in Russia. In July of 2011 the "Taraggi" award was presented upon Leyla Aliyeva for her work to the development of Azerbaijani-Russian relationships. In New York, in November 2011, she was awarded the "Key to Life Award" for her efforts to help the poor that involved children.

On May 25, 2015 Leyla Aliyeva was named UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Goodwill Ambassador.
