Suspect 10-50'ed into a tree after a 10-80 attempting to sell illegal objects, after the detective was telling him on how he felt he replied, "Not good." after that the detective stated the suspects rights. After that the suspect said he would like to talk to the detective when asked if he wanted to talk. The detective asked where the suspect on March 2nd was 6:00 PM. and he said at the park near the highway, he claimed that the detective was the one asking for "good stuff." and this was false. The suspect was selling illegal firearms and snipers and the detective said why and what was the purpose of doing it. The detective later said where did the suspect get the guns and the suspect refused to answer. He claims that something bad will happen to him if he does respond. With this in mind, we can assume Hes in some organization or mafia. The detective said where he bought the vehicle, and he said Mexico. (This might be wrong) He then said what was the purpose of selling illegal items instead of getting a real job. The suspect responded saying it was his job and he has done it plenty of times. The detective then made a nice plea deal and said if the suspect gave him the names to the organization, then he will reduce charges. Then the suspect questioned on what charges was being placed on him. Then the detective stated all the charges. He then said that if he didn't reduce charges, he will have 55 years in prison and said that the suspect was too young, and he didn't want that. THEN the suspect stated the other suspect's name. The suspect claimed that he sold the narcotics to the other suspect at the park. The detective tried getting the suspect to state what vehicle the buyer was driving, and the suspect refused.
