Korg's warranty on the Licensed Program
The warranty for Korg's Licensed Program for Kronos Notebook is only available for products purchased from a Korg USA authorized dealer. It does not cover cosmetic or physical damage, damages from accident or accidental leakage of batteries or contacts.
If you purchase a product from a Korg USA dealer, you will need to provide proof of purchase. This will include the serial number or a dated sales slip. You should not return or exchange your purchase without presenting the corresponding proof.
KORG will provide no warranty in connection with Third Party Software. kronosnotebook.com is because Third Party Software is not provided by KORG. In addition, Third Party Software is provided to you only if you agree to the terms of the usage of the Third Party Software.
KORG reserves the right to change the policies pertaining to Third Party Software at any time in its sole discretion. The Third Party Software will also be supplied to you with a notice on the disk.
