hi, my name is Amelia Mary Earhart, and this is a story of how I became the first women to fly a plane over 16,000 feet. Myself was born on July 24, 1897, my parents are Amy Otis and Edwin Stanton. ever since a child, I loved adventures and exploring with my sister. In 1908 I've seen an aircraft at 10 years old for the first time as for me thought of it unpleasing and boring. during high school years I was interested in exploring the world, mechanics and sports I was also very inspired in women achievers, in 1916 I graduated from Hyde Park high school, and went to Columbia university. to study medical education but, I decided to leave university Because, I once said "meeting new people is better than any college education." later I rode an aircraft for the first time with Frank Hawks, By the time I had got two or three hundred feet off the ground knew I had to fly an aircraft and that is how I my journey started. I wanted to prove that flying was safe for everyone, and everyone can do it. "Women, like men, should try to do the impossible."+
