Godzilla Decoration
The King of All Monsters
Godzilla is one of the most iconic kaijus in the world, and has been captivating viewers for over six decades. Since his debut in 1954, Godzilla has been changing and evolving in many ways. Sometimes even his name has changed. Yet, there are some things that remain the same about him.

His Design
Godzilla has been sculpted in many different ways throughout the series, but it has always been his core design that has defined him as a monster. The lizard's unique dorsal plates are the foundation of his design, and they're also the reason he has such a distinctive look when he rises from the water, especially when compared to other incarnations.

The dorsal plates on his torso have a slightly different shape than the rest, but they are very sharp and pointy. These characteristics give the design a more aggressive and jagged look when he rises from water.

His tail is a lot longer than his body, and is quite wide as well. MonsterVerse Godzilla also has a longer tail than his Japanese counterparts. His length is 550 feet.

godzillaplush breathed new life into the franchise with his large-scale take on the character, and he did so using computer-generated muscle simulation and rendering. This new technique gave the director the ability to make Godzilla a far more realistic looking monster, which in turn helped the film stand out from its competitors.

Edwards' Godzilla stood 350 feet tall and was modelled using layers of muscle simulations and skin folds that moved as the monster moved. This process, known to be occlusion model, took eight months.

He also had his head enlarged and made more complicated than the one he used in his earlier films. He has a longer snout, two nostrils that flare up when ready to take atomic breath. And his eyes are much more prominent than in any previous incarnations.

His orange coloration is carried throughout his Fire Godzilla form. He also has orange markings all over his body. He also has a blue tint on his dorsal plates that begins at the tip of his tail and runs all the way up to the top of his neck.

Another modification to his design are his claws. They are now darker than their white counterparts and have a crocodilian feel to them. These features are intended to be a nod towards Godzilla's reptilian lizard nature, so they aren't as intricate or delicate as the claws of other versions.

His wing tips are now more squared, and his eyes are more brown. These small changes were made to better represent the Japanese roots of lizards and help to keep his design consistent with his other incarnations.
