Kebijakan untuk mengurangi pemasukan penduduk dan lebih memfokuskan kepada pengeluaran, maka dengan ini Pemerintah Royale memberikan kebijakan baru, yaitu:
TIPE DENGAN RESTAURANT/CAFE/BAR
- Membuat list menu maximal 7 macam
- harga rata-rata AED 30-500
- 20% dari total pemasukan kepada OFB akan dijadikan modal (belum termasuk dengan pajak OFB)
TIPE DENGAN STORE
- membuat list barang maximal 7 macam
- harga rata-rata AED50-AED1000
- 20% dari total pemasukan kepada OFB akan dijadikan modal (belum termasuk dengan pajak OFB)
TIPE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN FASILITAS
( contoh: Cat's eyes/shoot!/chater box )
- menggunakan tiket masuk
- harga rata-rata AED 50-500
- 20% dari total pemasukan kepada OFB akan dijadikan modal (belum termasuk dengan pajak OFB)
TIPE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN FASILITAS TAMBAHAN

- harga rata-rata AED 500-5000
- Membuat list menu maximal 7 macam
- harga rata-rata AED 30-500
- setengah dari total pemasukan kepada OFB akan dijadikan modal (belum termasuk dengan pajak OFB)
