Few things to notify:
1. Asim bhai agrees on the revenue sharing model that we present and he is happy on this model.
2. Please keep this deal secret with Jawwad (friend of Tahir & owner of bstreams) because Junaid, Asim bhai & Jawwad works for the same company (Karzansoft), so it is better not to share with Jawwad.
3. We also want to make our name in the market - if we goes to the clients only by inventorx name then no one knows about 99Group and later if we want to serve the clients by own then no one will know about 99Group. Please think about some solution and will discuss in the next meeting (it can be on skype).
4. We are not in the state of EMS partnership right now although you have presented a very fair deal (50-50) but we are not in a state to deliver you what you want because Junaid & Shakir (neither me) can not give time to make desktop version of EMS. So it is better for you to make that version by your team. Sorry for the offer & Good luck.
