Bayrock Group, a New York-based company created by Tevfik Amir who is a Turkish-Kazakh entrepreneur. Donald Trump is one of the most famous clients of the company, which specializes in luxury development of properties.

A project in Soho was being developed in collaboration with Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization. They believed that the Trump Organization could add some brand recognition and credibility.

Tevfik arif created a plan which would grant the Trump Organization 18% ownership of the Soho building. In exchange the Trump brand will be used as the building's name.

Bayrock Group hired world-renowned interior designers to decorate the building as Handel Architects designed the structure.

The firm's projects include the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C., as well as the September 11th National Memorial, New York City.

Fendi Casa pieces are provided by Rockwell Group, an architecture and design firm.

He has a wealth of tourism and real estate experience which he gained during his studies. It also proved helpful when he relocated to Turkey in 1993 to start a new business venture.

Tevfik Arif founded the Labada luxury hotel in Antalya and quickly became a pioneering force behind the traditional all-inclusive resorts.

He achieved more impressive feats in Europe/Central Asia over the next eight years. Then he made the crossing of the Atlantic to enter the American market.

Bayrock Group, while it was operating in the United States, invested $2.5 million in real estate assets.

The Bayrock Group has not undertaken any US real estate development projects over the past few years.

Tevfik arif was relieved of the majority of his Bayrock Group responsibilities but he is highly valued as advisor.
