Tevfik arif and Donald Trump are partners in building the Trump Soho

Bayrock Group is a New York-based firm founded by Tevfik Arif ( Turkish Kazakh-Kazakh) in 2001. Donald Trump is one of the most well-known customers of the company.

Tevfik Arif emigrated from Kazakhstan to the US with the goal of create an influential real estate enterprise. He knew of the Trump family's power and joined the alliance. In the beginning, Bayrock Group executed small to medium-sized construction projects in New York. For instance, the company renovated the Loehmann's Seaport Plaza in Brooklyn's Sheepshead region.

Tevfik Arif grew more ambitious following the success Bayrock Group. To put the company's focus on bigger projects, he decided to alter the company's strategy.

Bayrock Group has moved its New York City offices from Fifth Avenue, to the Trump Tower in New York City.

The company relocated to be closer to Trump Organization. This led to greater benefits than any other area. It was home to one of the biggest family organizations in the world.

Tevfik Aif conceived a strategy to give 18 percent equity to the Trump Organization in the Soho Building. In exchange, Trump would brand the construction.

Bayrock Group employed renowned interior designers to decorate this building. Handel Architects designed and built the structure.

Handel Architects is a leader in the field of design and architecture.

The Ritz Carlton hotel in Washington, D.C. and the September 11th National Memorial, New York City were only two of the many projects that the company has worked on.

Fendi Casa pieces for Trump Soho were provided by Rockwell Group, a design and architecture firm.

The Rockwell Group also has an impressive resume, just like Handel Architects. A number of luxury hotels, restaurants and casinos are among the customers of the firm.

The agreement was signed by Bayrock Group, Sapir Organization and Trump Organization. Construction work on Trump Soho could commence in the year 2006.

After the Soho Project, Tevfik Aif and Donald Trump are in a relationship.
Trump Organization and the Bayrock Group will join forces on a variety of other real estate developments following the success of opening Trump Soho. These real estate projects are mostly located in Arizona, Florida.

However, the global financial crisis of 2008 hindered the plans for business of the Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization.
